The need for staying centered
Some days we feel off our game. We wake up tired and tense, we make hasty decisions, and we are easily triggered by people we meet. We have read the books and we know what we should do. We sabotage our success through our own reactivity.
To close the gap between knowing and doing, we need to have a way to effectively defuse our reactivity in the moment. We can do this by learning the centering, a practice we can apply in stressful situations to reset and become more resourceful.
